HealOnline is currently only available to Ontario residents. We serve patients currently without a family doctor or those who seek medical care after-hours.

Our team of physicians is available for general health questions to help manage care for your whole family. The service is designed for prescription renewals and diagnosing non-emergency conditions, such as colds and flu, skin conditions, urinary tract infection, dizziness, fever and headache.

Note: if you are experiencing serious or life threatening symptoms such as problems breathing, chest pain, signs of stroke, do not book your appointment online, go to the emergency department or call 911.

You can download the HealOnline app and start using at no charge.

Doctor consultations for Ontario users are covered by OHIP. Data charges may apply for service outside Wi-Fi coverage.

HealOnline services can be accessed via an app on iPhone and Android smartphones as well as on a desktop computer.

You will need to be connected to the internet. Where possible we recommend using WiFi. Data charges may apply for service outside Wi-Fi coverage.

HealOnline has a national network of doctors that are Canadian licensed. All of our doctors are qualified to practice Family Medicine in the relevant province of Canada and are registered with the College of Family Physicians of Canada. The goal of our team is to provide more patients with an affordable, convenient way to access the care they need.

At HealOnline, we take security and privacy with the utmost care. All of our clinical procedures meet or exceed industry and legal standards. We retain patient records in a reputable, certified and secure data centre, in accordance with national best practice guidelines.
